The short version. Iron Sharpens is designed to respect your privacy. We do not require accounts, do not ask for your name or email, do not track you, and do not show ads. The app does not collect personal data, and it does not send any of your information off your device.
1. Information we collect
Iron Sharpens is offline and account-free. The app does not ask you for, transmit, or store personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
Any preferences you set (such as app settings) are stored locally on your device using standard iOS preferences. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to back up your device through iCloud or iTunes, in which case the backup is governed by Apple's privacy practices.
2. Advertising
Iron Sharpens is completely ad-free. We do not display advertising and we do not include any advertising or tracking SDKs.
3. Analytics and tracking
We do not use analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking tools of any kind. The app does not collect a device advertising identifier and does not monitor your activity in or outside the app.
4. Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Because the app collects no personal data and shows no ads, there is no data profile created for any user.

To be explicit, Iron Sharpens does not collect any of the following:
- Account credentials, passwords, or login information (we don't have accounts)
- Names, email addresses, or phone numbers

- Health, financial, or biometric data
- Advertising identifiers or browsing history
6. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data with third parties — because we do not collect any. The app has no third-party services that receive your information.
7. Data security
Because the app does not transmit personal data to our servers, there is no server-side data of yours for us to safeguard. Any preferences stored on your device are protected by your device's standard iOS security features.
8. Your choices
- Uninstalling the app: Removes all locally stored preferences and app data from your device.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the app or this page.
